I just had a big bowlful of this raw celery-avocado soup for an early lunch. For some reason I don't gravitate towards celery that much (I buy it and it ends up sitting in the fridge and getting old), but I found this combination of celery, avocado, and lemon so fresh and tasty that I have to file this recipe under "keepers".
Only a few more days of the cleanse to go! I am still debating whether to continue with the 28 Day Raw Food program right after this. What do you think?
