@Daisy I can't seem to do all raw...it's too yin. However, as the weather gets warmer I do move more towards "mostly raw". I think it's hard to go 100% raw unless it's a very gradual & natural progression.

Those are the wheatberries and their roots. I've been growing my wheatgrass without soil in an Easygreen sprouter.
